My name is Kiran Dulay and I’m a Service Designer & Researcher.

I enjoy working in dedicated and multidisciplinary teams with social intent.

I approach new design challenges with open eyes (and ears), a desire to learn from many perspectives, and an excitement to understand and redesign the arrangements, patterns, and experiences that exist.

What inspires me often lies within creative practices and social sciences.

I hold an Undergraduate Degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, and wrote my dissertation on the low female labour force participation rate in India.

I also hold a Master’s Degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, and wrote my dissertation  on the need to open up design to more-than-human perspectives through exploring object-oriented ontology and 'timefulness' in nature and technology.

Some companies I've worked with and for:

Accenture, Arrival, Bulb, BBC R&D, Bradford City Council, CERN Idea Square, City Pantry (now part of Just Eat), David Suzuki Foundation, London Fire Brigade, Planethon, Vodafone Group
